We created LAVABOX for the moments that matter; the conversations that stretch into the night, the laughter around the fire, the quiet comfort of good company. It's designed to be the focal point where warmth and light bring people together, and where everyday evenings become lasting memories.

Based in Staffordshire, we developed LAVABOX through hands-on making and real-world testing, refining every detail until it felt right in the hand, on the patio, and packed flat for storage or travel. We wanted something that worked hard without looking overworked; practical, calm, and confident in its design.

Built in the spirit of a classic Landy Defender, LAVABOX is straightforward, resilient, and designed for real life. The steel is carefully selected to strike the balance between weight and strength; robust enough to cope with heat, knocks, and regular use, yet light enough to move and pack away with ease. If it ever shifts slightly through heavy use, it can be easily brought back into shape and carried on without fuss.

Our philosophy is simple: useful design, honest materials, no gimmicks, built to last.
